Published prices, service descriptions, and estimated schedules are provided to help travelers plan. Final booking details are confirmed by the platform and support team before fulfillment.

Payments and Changes

Payment instructions and deadlines shown during checkout must be followed for the reservation to remain active. Unpaid bookings may expire automatically.

Change requests, date moves, route adjustments, and cancellations depend on timing and availability. Additional charges may apply when the revised service differs from the original request.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact information, passenger counts, and any special requirements needed to operate the trip safely.

The company may refuse service or adjust operations when information is materially incorrect, when a booking exceeds vehicle capacity, or when a route creates safety or legal issues.
